![]() so YOu keep calling in, and going through the same process until you get mad enough to ask for a supervisor. so the few times I use their network, It is somehow throttled back, until I call in and frustrate myself trying to get someone to actually look at the issue instead of forcing me to run through a script to get to a reboot, where they then say they will call back and dont. I can not believe how far thier support has fallen. I worked for Verizon corporate about 10 years ago. The last two times I have called I have had to fight with them, to say I am not going through the 2 hours of system checks that dont work, so you can say you will call me back and then dont. I was on the phone with them for four hours one day(sometimes they call you back, sometimes they dont). The customer service is awful, they walk through the same scripts. The verizon voice response system is painful to use. and each time I have more than enough data. ![]() ![]() and they spend an hour trying to blame it on being out of data. I have to call into support to get them to fix it. I have had the same problem intermittently now for 2 months.
